UPDATE FROM THE MEDICINE ORDER LINE

I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding our Medicine Order Line (MOL) services. Due to reduced staffing capacity, we are implementing our business continuity plan, which includes a temporary reduction to our telephone operating hours.

From Monday 15th September, the telephone service will be available 8:00am – 2:00pm (previously 8:00am – 4:00pm). Please note that all other prescription ordering channels remain unaffected.

Whilst this change will initially be a temporary measure, we are experiencing reduced capacity with increased demand, therefore we are asking for your support to encourage patients, where possible, to use digital ordering methods. This will help ensure that patients who are digitally excluded can still access the telephone lines fairly during the reduced opening hours.
